Over the last three years we have been building a new Smokery in the grounds of an old public house and will be relocating our smoking there later in the year.  At the present we are a 'wholsale only' business catering to some of the finest Chefs and Eating Establishments in the country as we have had to temporarily close down our on-site Delicatessen. We have opened our Bar and a Restaurant featuring our produce at our new site and will shortly be opening a new Deli there!
