Wanted for the Wheatsheaf Inn

The owner's cooking background includes Gravetye Manor, Hunstrete House, Ston Easton and U.S.A. Ambassador's residence in London.

Sous-Chef 

Applicants should be from a similar background and understand using fresh food in classic dishes and must have:

  • good knife skills
  • good knowledge of fish and meat preparation.

The Wheatsheaf Inn is running alongside The Valley Smoke House and there will also be scope to work within the smokery at our new site to learn new skills.

Salary according to experience. 

Also required:

  • kitchen staff who are looking for training.
